1. Error in the name of the unit holder
If Unit holder/s desires to add a second or If the unit holder's name has been erroneously
recorded due to an error by the unit holder, then to rectify the same the unit holder
needs to furnish certain documents to the Fund. If the error has occurred on the
part of the Mutual Fund or Registrar the unit holder need not furnish the documents.

If the unit holder/s desire to interchange the orderof holding between them, they
needs to furnish certain documents to the fund.

Unit holders, who ask for fresh dividend/ redemption warrant need to submit the

Unit holder/s who attains 18 years of age need to submit the documents mentioned

If the guardian is a person appointed by the court or through legal documents the
guardian needs to furnish certain documents to the fund.
