4. Can Non Individual Distributors initiate a transaction?

Yes, we have enabled Non Individual Distributors to initiate retail investor transactions.

No, Distributors can initiate Non Individual Investor transactions through KorpConnect

6. KFINKART DIT allows onboarding of Investor?

Yes, KFINKART DIT integrated with eKYC. Distributor can search the PAN, if the PAN is non KYC compliant, dialogue box will appear to complete the eKYC.

7. Does KFINKART DIT allows Video KYC?

Yes, Distributor will initiate a Video KYC and Investor has to complete the KYC process.

8. What is the TAT for the eKYC completion?

eKYC will be approved subject to valid POI, POA documents, once the KYC approved status become Under Process. KRA will validate the documents and verify the KYC. The entire process takes 4 business days.
