Consent for KYC Registration

I hereby intend to open an account / make an investment with and for this purpose I am required to submit my KYC information to . I understand that shall be registering / updating the KYC information submitted in SEBI KRA and / or Central KRA system(s) as per SEBI KYC Registration Agency Regulations, 2011 and any other guidelines issued by SEBI and Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and other relevant Rules & Regulations, as amended from time to time.

I intend to submit my KYC information to using offline eKYC process offered by KARVY DATA MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED with whom has an arrangement. I hereby grant consent to KARVY DATA MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED and to

1. Use documents and digitally signed e-Aadhaar letter downloaded from UIDAI website as proof of identity and / or address and consider signature uploaded as specimen signature and as part of my KYC information


2. To process and register / update my KYC details provided through this application with SEBI KRA and / or Central KRA system(s)


3. Store documents / information uploaded as applicable under PML Act & Rules, SEBI KRA Regulations, 2011 and other any Act, Rules, Regulations, Guidelines, Circulars, etc. issued by Statutory / Regulatory authorities from time to time

I understand and am informed that the information / documents provided by me would be stored by KARVY DATA MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED & and shall be used only for this specific purpose only and the information shall not be shared with any third party.

I have no objection for KARVY DATA MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED retaining my KYC details shared by me through this offline eKYC process. I also understand that the KYC information registered with KRA / Central KRA system(s) would be utilized as mentioned in the SEBI KRA Regulations, 2011 / Central KYC Registry Operating Guidelines, 2016.
